Hello everyone!!
Thank you for your interest in joining our community and getting an awesome new Rank in the process! Below is a guide to help you Rankup as well as what to do if it isn't working for you. Please read carefully and ensure you follow these steps to get your rank.
1. Well first things first you need to login to our website. The login button can be found in the top right of the webpage. If you do not currently have an Enjin account you will need to click Register instead of login and continue through to make your account, link your current character, and then login to the site.
2. After you login be sure to click on the "Join Website" button that will pop up at the top right under your name after you have logged in. If you forget to click Join Website you will not receive the rank.
3. You should receive Rank initiate in game within the next 10-15 minutes after joining. Sometimes it works instantly but sometimes it takes a little while so please be patient.
If you have followed the above steps and you still have not received your Rank, please do the following:
1. Try restarting your launcher and logging back in.
2. Make sure your character is linked to your account.
To view this go to your profile and scroll down to your characters. Make sure your current in game character is linked.
3. Check to make sure your profile is under your current name.
Have you ever changed your minecraft username? If you have then go to your profile on the website and see if it is registered under your current name that you are playing as on the server. If it is showing your old name you will need to login to Enjin and update your profile to your current in game name and link your character so that your profile and character name are the same as your current in game name, then follow steps 1 and 2 again to rankup your current player.
After you receive your rank don't forget to use /kit initiate !!! And claim your free shiny key at /spawn by right clicking the "Free Shiny Key" sign and then right clicking the chest with your key.
If you have followed all the steps above and your profile is up to date and linked with your current in game name and you still are not receiving Rank Initiate please contact a staff member who will gladly assist you.
